Our Story
Design Build Services Inc. was founded in June 1993 with a clear vision; to provide reliable, high-quality civil and structural engineering services to the land development and building construction industries.
From humble beginnings as a one-man operation led by founder and president Rick Heide, the firm has grown into a trusted team of engineers, drafters and administrative professionals dedicated to delivering practical, efficient, and lasting solutions.
For more than 25 years, our office in Snohomish County has been home to our operations-and to enduring relationships built on trust, integrity, and technical excellence. Today, the majority of our work comes through client referrals, a reflection of the confidence and satisfaction we strive to earn on every project.
With over three decades of experience, Design Build Services, Inc. continues to build on its strong foundation, combining proven expertise with a commitment to quality service and client success.
