As Founder and Chief Engineer of Design Build Services, Inc. Rick brings more than three decades of experience in civil and structural engineering, along with a deep background in construction management. A licensed Professional Engineer, Rick is known for his hands-on approach and ability to oversee complex projects through every phase of development.
He works closely with clients, contractors, designers and regulatory agencies to ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Rick's leadership reflects a balance of technical precision, practical insight, and a commitment to building strong, lasting relationships within the industry.

Nicole joined Design Build Services, Inc. in 2020, bringing over 25 years of experience in home improvement. She leverages creative insight and technical expertise in Graphic Design & AutoCAD, and is known for strong client relationships, project management, and training teams, delivering results that go above and beyond. Nicole ensures every project is executed from concept to completion with precision, professionalism and exceptional care.
Naomi
Office Assistant
Naomi began her career in the construction field right after high school and has spent the past five years gaining valuable experience in both dirt work and rebar. Coming from a family of designers, builders, and engineers, she's proud to continue that legacy as the daughter of the Chief Engineer here at Design Build Services. Naomi joined the team at the beginning of 2025 and now serves as an Office Administrator and Drafter. She's eager to continue expanding her skills in drafting and project coordination while contributing to the success of every project we take on.
Sara
Engineer in Training
Sara completed her civil engineering degree at Washington State University. She has experience working in stormwater modeling, grading, and utility design. For a time, she worked at home to give her full attention to raising her three children. She is excited to begin a new chapter in life by being part of the structural engineering team at Design Build Services. She says the best part of her job is knowing how much people are going to love their new home when it's complete. In her spare time Sara likes hiking, growing flowers, and reading non-fiction.
